This policy governs the processing of personal data in relation to our website and services.
Frontline Tech A/S, Store Torv 1, 3., 8000 Aarhus, Denmark, ("Frontline") is the data controller of personal data governed by the privacy policy.
1. Processing of personal data
When interacting with us and our services we may collect certain personal data. Such personal data including name, job title, contact information as well as information about the use of our website and services.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Managing customer relationships
We process personal data to manage our contractual relationship with your organisation. This includes communicating with administrative contacts, handling onboarding and configuration activities, responding to support requests/questions, managing subscriptions and renewals, handling financial matters, sending service related notices, and handling any issues or questions.
This processing is necessary for us to fulfil our contract with your organisation, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (b) and our legitimate interest in providing the software and services that your organisation has requested, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (f) as well as carrying out general customer service, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (f).
Analysis and statistics
Your information can be part of various analysis and statistics in order for us to understand and develop our products and services, however, in most cases your personal data will be aggregated or anonymized.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data related to analysis and statistics is our legitimate interest in understanding and developing our business, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (f).
Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
We process personal data where necessary to meet our legal obligations. This may include maintaining financial records for accounting and tax purposes, complying with binding orders from public authorities, responding to lawful requests (such as audits or investigations), and fulfilling duties under applicable data protection and cybersecurity laws.
In these cases, processing is required in order for us to comply with applicable legislation and regulation, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (c).
2. Sharing of personal data
We may share your personal data with our external service providers (data processors) such as IT/software providers (e.g. SaaS), hosting services and consultants. Such data processors will process the personal data on our behalf and under our instruction.
3. International transfers
Some of your personal data may be handled by our service providers (data processors) outside the EU. In such case we always ensure that the personal data is still governed by an adequate level of data protection. Currently, some of our providers are located in the USA and the data transfers are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
In addition, some of our service providers may use subcontractors (sub-processors) located outside the EU. In such case, the service provider is obligated to keep the personal data equally safeguarded. 4. Retention
We store the personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, to establish, defend or exercise legal claims or to comply with regulatory requirements, e.g. bookkeeping regulations. When this is no longer the case, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

Right of access: One of the most important rights that you have is the right to request access to the data that we have registered on you. If you request access, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data.
Right to be forgotten: Another important right in terms of your relationship with us is that you have the right to be forgotten, meaning you can file a request asking that we delete the data that we have registered on you. We may not be able to delete all your personal data as we are required to continue to store certain data in order to comply with legal requirements or to establish, defend or exercise legal claims.
Right to object: You are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data on certain grounds. For example, you can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
Right to rectification: If you believe that the data we have registered on you is inaccurate or incomplete, please let us know and we will make sure to update your information.
