Description: • Application contains a full suite of applications used in the management of care of approximately 20000 elderly consumers in the city of Philadelphia.

Application Name: Automated Scheduler
Size: Used by over 200 users on a daily basis.
Technology used: Visual Studio 6.0 (Visual Basic), Activex, Oracle 10g, Crystal Reports.
Description: • Application automates scheduling of clinical/financial assessments for the elderly of Philadelphia. Assessments are scheduled on a daily basis from a pool of approximately 100 assessors in real-time as the elderly consumer is on the phone.
• Includes the option to view assessor schedules either individually or by team.
• Includes the option to schedule manually, automatically by first available or by geographic proximity to home or other scheduled assessment.
