Using our proven methodology, we deliver complete architectural solution. We conduct a thorough requirements analysis for all large, medium and small projects. Upon completion of the analysis stage, we form a JAD Team (Joint Application Development) which consists of both end users and analysts. At this stage we develop Prototypes and conduct weekly sessions where the prototypes are discussed in detail. Prototyping has been our key factor on why we have been successful with all of our projects. This is a critical stage where we capture all business rules, screen flow and navigation. We then get a consensus on each prototype along with the business rules with the JAD Team. All these prototypes are developed using .NET tools and then documented using MS Word. The word document is an evolving document and will be used as a common understanding to the agreed business rules with the end users and analysts.
